- Prescribing cover in place (or a prescriber you work with) so suitability and any POM handling is done properly.

Qualifications
Recognised training certificates for every treatment you want to offer, plus, where relevant, the medical registration (NMC, GMC, GDC or GPhC) required to deliver it.
Insurance
Valid professional indemnity and public liability cover appropriate to your treatments. We'll point you in the right direction if you need to top up.
DBS check
An enhanced DBS check — because you're working in clients' homes, this is non-negotiable and helps everyone feel safe.
Right to work
Documented right to work in the UK, and your own portable, well-maintained equipment for the treatments you deliver.

Do I need my own equipment?
Yes — you bring your own portable, well-maintained devices and single-use consumables for the treatments you deliver. This keeps you in full clinical control of your kit and protocols. If you're between devices or upgrading, talk to us and we'll advise.
How and when do I get paid?
Clients pay securely up front when they book, so there's nothing to collect at the door. We pay you out on a clear, regular schedule with a statement for every booking — no invoicing or chasing balances.
Am I employed or self-employed?
You work as an independent practitioner. You keep clinical control and consent, choose your own availability and treatments, and are responsible for your own tax. There's no lock-in and no minimum hours.
What happens if a client cancels or doesn't show?
Because bookings are pre-paid, our no-show and late-cancellation policy protects your time — you're not left out of pocket for a wasted slot. Reschedules are managed for you so your diary keeps moving.
Which areas can I work in?
We operate across the UK. You set your own travel radius, so you'll only ever be offered bookings within the area you're happy to cover. As we expand to new cities, we'll let you know first.
How long does approval take?
Once we've received your qualifications, insurance, DBS and right-to-work documents, verification usually takes a few days. As soon as you're approved we help you build your profile and switch you live for bookings.
